BRAND STRATEGY + DESIGN + IMPLEMENTATION FOR WELLNESS EXPERTS
The Brand
Direction Blueprint
Turn a pieced-together brand into a clear build plan
A clear read on what’s working, what’s weak, and what to build first so you can attract more clients.
You’re passionate about your work. You’ve spent years learning and growing, and your clients feel that care in the room.
Lately, though, something feels off. Referrals aren’t as steady as they used to be, and they’re not enough to support you the way they once did. Your online presence and materials feel scattered. The pressure to become a content creator, an influencer, a thought leader, or an SEO expert is frustrating when none of that is where your heart, time, or energy wants to be.
Most practitioners can’t see how the brand and website they pieced together years ago may be losing people before they book. Someone hears about you, looks you up, and the trail goes cold. The path from “you should call them” to “booked” is fuzzy, and good prospects may give up in between. Let’s fix that.
Everything is Connected…Just Like Your Brand Should Be. Find Out Where The Disconnect Is.
Less Is More.
It seems like everyone is telling you to do more: more posts, more platforms, more video. Many people panic and start throwing money at marketers, but you may not need more marketing.
What you do need is to know why the marketing you’re already doing isn’t gaining traction.
The Brand Direction Blueprint helps you connect the dots that lead prospects to your door. This could look like people finally finding you on Google, landing on your site, booking appointments, or clients choosing more comprehensive services.
Because doing more isn’t always the answer. Doing the right thing next is.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Your Brand Direction Blueprint assesses five foundational areas. For $495, you’ll receive:
- Clarifies who you’re really for, so your language stops appealing to everyone and landing with no one
- Offers a read on why prospects aren’t booking, seen from the patient’s side of the screen
- Outlines quick wins you can handle yourself, with examples to build from
- Identifies your highest leverage next move
- Defines a 90-day focus to gain traction with permission to ignore the rest so you’re not distracted by a mile-long to-do list
Who This Is For
If you identify with the following, I can help.
- Established practitioners who built a business on referrals and now feel them slowing down
- Wellness providers whose brand and website were pieced together years ago
- People who suspect they’re losing prospects but can’t pinpoint where
- Practitioners feeling pressure to market in ways that don’t fit them
- Anyone about to spend money on marketing who wants a plan before a bill
“For years I was unhappy with my website, and my marketing materials lacked a unified feel. None of it reflected who I really am. Working with Gail, I realized she quickly got me and what I was about. She created a brand that was perfect for me. I now have a website I love and marketing materials I can finally feel great about.”
The Process:
Your prep (the homework worth doing). Before we meet, you’ll answer a short intake and gather your current materials: website, social profiles, brochures, forms, proposals, your service menu. It takes a little effort, and that’s kind of the point. Pulling everything into one place is often the first eye-opener.
My deep dive (solo work, before we talk). I spend a few hours on my own going through everything you send, assessing all five foundations, so our time together is spent on you, not on me getting up to speed.
I assess five foundations together, the way they actually work in your business:
✔ Audience— who you’re trying to reach versus who’s actually booking
✔ Positioning— what makes you the clear choice among your peers, not just against conventional care
✔ Messaging— whether your language sounds like one person or five people writing on different days
✔ Visibility— what a prospect finds when they look you up, and whether it backs up the referral
✔ Client Experience— the path from “found them” to “booked,” and where people fall off
When these five line up, the order of operations becomes obvious.
First things first, then the next thing. That’s the Fibonacci idea I keep coming back to: Everything is connected…just like your brand should be.
A 90-minute recorded working session. This is where I show you what I’m seeing, not just talk through it. We look at your brand together through your prospects’ eyes. Whatever I discover in our meeting will also be incorporated into the Blueprint. You can expect that completed document within 10 days of our meeting.

“Gail does exceptional work and is extremely easy to work with. She nailed who I was and created the new branding just by getting to know me. Everyone loves my website and logo, and I still get calls from Google every week.”
About Me
I’m a brand strategist with 30 years of experience in branding, design, and marketing. When chronic pain sent me searching for answers conventional medicine couldn’t give, holistic practitioners changed my life and the direction of my career. I’ve hired plenty of health practitioners myself, so I’m keenly aware of what makes a patient trust one provider over another, and what makes them click away. That patient’s-eye view shapes every brand and Blueprint I build.
Today I work primarily with wellness businesses, building the strategy, messaging, and materials that help more people find, trust, and choose them. When acupuncturist Dr. Martin Bales was building a medical device company on the side, he came to me two months out from his first trade show with no brand, no website, and no materials. I built his brand foundation in 60 days, and we kept working together as the business grew. That foundation still runs his business ten years later, and Martin still calls me when he needs a partner in his corner.
Clients used to come to me for the visuals people think branding is.
Now they come first for clarity, problem-solving, and trusted guidance.
